Erasable pens: They come in handy when you're on your second drink and still have15 postcards to go. Our favorite.

BYOE!*Bring your own everything: Snacks, drink(s) of choice, clipboard, pen. (Unless you got invited to a cool party where they provide all those things…Stay tuned and maybe we will invite you to ours!)

Yes, it’s terrifying but once you get over the initial awkwardness of the first call, it's super easy!

Enthusiasm is infectious, plus, you won’t get as many hang ups if people don’t think you’re a robot. Consume whatever you need to get to your happy place!
Be a rebel! All GOTV organizations will ask you to stay on script when you’re calling folks. If it doesn’t feel natural, go ahead and improvise. As long as you stay on message, you’re all good!
Have some lavender essence nearby to keep yourself chill if your nerves start to get the better of you.
